Depression encompasses a variety of physical, behavioral, emotional, and cognitive changes. We will develop a treatment plan tailored to meet your specific needs

Anxiety, Fears & Worries

If you feel your anxiety is too intense or you feel you are not handling normal amounts of anxiety in a healthy manner, counseling can be helpful to you.

Grief & Loss

When dealing with loss, my role as a counselor is to come alongside you and walk with you in your grief journey.

When we find ourselves struggling with faith issues, Christian counseling provides a confidential and supportive place to talk through what we have experienced.
